Correct espresso machine cleaning is important to maintain coffee quality, hygiene and can help to keep your machine in good working order. Dirty espresso machines can lead to better and metallic tasting coffee.

The cleaning service includes:

General machine clean and polish
Group head back flushing
Group head seal and screen clean or replacement
Porta filter clean
Grinder and hopper clean
Steam wand flush and clean
Cup tray on top of machine clean
Water filter inspection and replacement

At the same time I can go over the correct group head back flushing and porta filter cleaning procedure which should be done at least once a week.

I can identify technical service issues like dripping group heads, leaking steam wands and blocked water lines and advise remedies through service technicians.

I can supply group head gaskets and screens, water filters, cleaning products and other barista equipment if required.

Please note this is a cleaning service and not a preventative maintenance technical service. Espresso machines should be a serviced every 6 to 12 months buy an authorised technician to ensure longevity and reduced downtime.

Cost of Coffee Machine Cleaning

The price for the cleaning service is $85 p/hr + travel and a minimum of 1.5 hours. Excludes GST.
