Do I get a barista certificate?

Yes!

What is the address?

The venue is in Devonport shops, 2min walk from the ferry. The address is sent to you once booking is confirmed.

Can (someone) watch/wait?

OK for parents or legal guardians to sit on the sidelines. Please make sure not to disturb the students.

Can I get a refund if I change/cancel my booking?

Our cancellation policy is:

  • $50 if cancelled / rescheduled within 48 hours.
  • $150 (no refund) if cancelled / rescheduled within 24 hours or no show.

Can I just come along and pay on the day?

No we do not accept cash, bookings are essential.

Can I take photos?

Yes please take photos and tag us @coffeestuffnz. Please respect other students privacy.

Are bookings necessary? 

Yes bookings are a must. Classes book up quick! You can book here

Do you do an advanced class?

No, I just do the one off beginners session. If you feel you need more practice, you can book again.

How many classes do I need to book?

Just one to start. If you feel you need more practice, you can book again.

How many classes does 1 booking (payment) get me?

The booking is for one 2 hour class with Dave

Can I book a private class just for me?

Yes. See next question.

Can I book the whole class and get a discount?

Yes you can book the entire class for up to 4 people. This costs $480 and can also be performed on site or at home. Times and dates are also flexible if you book the entire class.

Do you train on the weekends?

No sorry, weekend classes are unavailable.

Are the vouchers open dated?

Vouchers last for 12 months from date of purchase.

Can I pay after the class?

Payment must be arranged prior to booking. 

Can I get an invoice?

Yes Coffee Training Ltd is a NZ GST registered company, just ask via email.

Can I use Afterpay, Laybuy, OxiPay etc?

Yes we accept many methods of payment. Contact us if you have questions.

Is there parking?

Parking is available close by to the venue. Please do not park right outside before 2:45pm as this is still been used by cafe customers up to this point
