Dave is a great teacher, is very friendly, patient and overall very passionate for the skill in creating a perfect coffee. Would highly recommend.

Thoroughly recommend - great relaxed environment and very "hands on" learning - loved it!. Great overview of what skills are required and awesome that you actually get to jump right in and give everything a go. Thank you very much was even better than I had anticipated. Roll on the coffee cart.....

This evening Coffee Class was perfect for me as a "Home Barista", I came away with a lot of tips on how to consistently make better coffees. Training was very hands on and fun, covering a lot in just one evening. Highly recommended. Thanks Dave & Amy.

The best training course, I cannot recommend enough!! I would give 100 stars if I could. Dave was so interesting to learn from and is clearly very passionate about coffee and teaching others on perfecting the perfect cup..

Never make a rubbish coffee again! This 2 hour training was well worth it, upbeat, fun and hands on. Would highly recommend for anyone who is wanting to up-skill their coffee making skills.

I really enjoyed the course. Dave is very friendly and he’s passionate and experienced with coffee. He also shared with us tips for finding jobs in the cafe. Really enjoyable experience and highly recommended!

Fantastic course, Dave has a lot enthusiasm about coffee. He explained to us very clearly what's the difference about the different coffees. He also taught us how to make perfect coffees and shared ideas on how to get a job in the cafe. Very valuable course to attend. Best choice.
